All guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys/remote controls and call fees are payable if a replacement key is required.

If the guests lock their keys in the apartment out of hours, an agent may be available to attend.

An after call fee of AUD 66 will be charged.

If an agent is unable to attend and a locksmith is required the guest will be charged the locksmith's costs.

Any cleans that are not a standard clean will be charged at a further AUD 35 per hour. This will be deducted from the guest's Credit Card.
