An elite waterfront block of residences with full bridge, Opera House and Sydney Harbour views from every room, this immaculately presented residence will never fail to impress. Spectacular views of Opera House and Harbour Bridge. This resort like building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD. The space consist of 2 bedrooms, generous Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking. Designated living and dining framed by panoramic city and water views Modern renovated kitchen, open plan with stone benches & gas cooking Two generously sized bedrooms, both with built-in robes and ceilings fans Bathroom includes floor to ceiling tiles, shower and good storage Lift access to covered car space plus additional visitor parking for guests Exclusive use of pool and BBQ and outdoor dining facilities Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :) McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road. Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building. Metres to the ferry wharf and bus stop, 500m to village restaurants and just a 1km walk to North Sydney station and CBD. Washer and Dryer is in the building not inside the apartment. All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
