This property has conveniences abound, including fully equipped kitchen, split-system air conditioning, a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, and a spacious main bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop & balls, tennis equipment, 4 bikes (1 with small child seat) helmets, trampoline, kayak (x3) fishing rods (x2) including chairs to take and sit lakeside, lawn bowls, chess, darts, not to mention a double garage for guest use with extra off-street parking.
Situated in a friendly neighbourhood area, surrounded by Lake Illawarra and within walking distance to Central Avenue this main street is filled with many local businesses and eateries.
This property offers easy access to lakes, nearby beaches, and parklands. Other attractions close to the area include the Shellharbour Marina (Shell Cove) including the Waterfront Dining Precinct, The Links Golf Course Shell Cove/Shanx Putt Putt, Shellharbour Village renowned for its cafes and restaurants, Stockland Shopping Centre, and the Shellharbour Movie Precinct. Oak Flats train station is conveniently located nearby, with Wollongong just 29 km away, Kiama 17-minutes, and Jamberoo Action Park a short 14-minute drive. For travel further afield, Shellharbour Airport is only 10 minutes away, offering regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane, while the Southern suburbs of Sydney are just a one-hour drive.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, with permanent neighbours, so no "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings are accepted without discussions with the host. All parties (if accepted) must abide by residential noise regulations and must not disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours.
We are best suited to families or friend getaway.
