It is ideally located within 260 metres of magnificent Bennetts Beach and within a short walk to shops (approximately 600 metres) and the quality 18 hole Hawks Nest Golf Club (approximately 700 metres). If you prefer to swim in placid waters, the apartment is within a 10-15 minute walk to Jimmys Beach. In the evening, you can walk to the Golf Club or Benchmark on Booner (100 metres) for a meal and drink and listen to the sound of the sea as you fall asleep.
Guests can relax in one of the two lounge areas, or in comfortable cane chairs in the stunning atrium. There are two good sized balconies, both with dining settings. You can watch the sunrise from the eastern balcony and the sunset from the covered western balcony. Whatever the season or time of day, you can enjoy the sun or shade on one of the balconies.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), and a new fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds, with an additional 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen leads to an open plan dining table, then to two comfortable lounge areas. The lounge and the main bedroom open to the eastern balcony.
For comfort and warmth in winter, the apartment is equipped with its own sauna room and spa room.
There is no problem with parking, with an allocated parking space under the building and plentiful street parking.
The apartment is suitable for children age 7 years and over. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats are provided.

Beautiful, sandy Bennets Beach is just 260 metres from the property and runs for many kilometres. For a pleasant day out, the ferry from Tea Gardens to Nelson Bay is easily accessible. There are many places nearby which can be explored by car, including the picturesque towns of Stroud, Gloucester and Nelson Bay and the gin distillery at Allworth. There are two EV charging stations opposite the building on Booner Street. The area is easy for cycling. Bicycles can be hired across the road, just in front of the Reflections holiday park. Helmets are available from Benchmark on Booner. Hawks Nest has a quality 18 hole golf course (visitors are welcome) and is an excellent base from which to play other courses, including Nelson Bay, Pacific Dunes and Forster. Other visitors to the area enjoy fishing in the ocean, the river or the bay, hiking, kayaking and bowls.
