Oceanview Manor by Peppy Beach Retreats is perfect for groups to escape the city life and enjoy the magic of Peppy Beach.
Sleeping up to 12 guests, this freshly renovated property has original aboriginal art and awesome panoramic ocean views from the best balconies in Peppy.
Both levels are entirely self-contained and can offer privacy within groups (if required).
Soak in stunning sunsets from the balcony, walk 2mins to the beach or drive 45mins to the famous Margaret River wine region.

The Space:
The Oceanview Manor consists of four levels:
- at the back of the property, walk up to the stunning sky deck and experience panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a drink and soak in the sunset or start your day with a breezy coffee;
- on the top level of Oceanview Manor, you will find two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed and a dedicated en-suite as the master room. The master also contains clear ocean views and a walk-in wardrobe;
- the middle level contains a fully functional kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom. You will also enjoy two spacious sitting areas, one of which has a comfortable sofa bed and the other is a single day bed. Most importantly, there is a huge balcony where all of your guests can enjoy a BBQ dinner or drinks with an unobstructed view of the ocean; and
- the lower level is an entirely self-contained two-bedroom lodge with a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with an additional day bed that turns into a king sized bed if required. Both bedrooms also have views, with the larger room containing a queen bed and the smaller room containing a bunk bed with trundle (1x double & 2 x single).
Oceanview Manor also has a large garage and additional car parking.
Access and Things to Note:
Please note that the driveway is quite steep and the turning area at the top is steep / tight. We suggest parking four cars maximum at the top of the driveway if utilising the double garage. Once you are parked at the top, it is easier to reverse back down the driveway than to try to turn around at the top of the driveway.
The steepness of the driveway will make it difficult for those with mobility issues to walk up it.
Additional parking at street level is available at the beach 100m in either direction.

Guests have access to the entire property with an internal door which can be locked if required to separate the two bedrooms upstairs and the two downstairs.
