38ft mobile park home. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Double doors to balcony area. Main bedroom (4ft 6in Standard double bed) with ensuite toilet and sink. Second bedroom (2x small single beds or can be pushed together to make a double). Third bedroom (2x small twin beds). Bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Outside are table and chairs and situated in a pretty 'garden' area.

Rockley Park facilities - Please note the park passes are not included in the price of the accommodation. Park passes for entertainment, facilities and on-site restaurants are available to purchase directly from Rockley Park. Prices are available on request. Facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor seasonal swimming pool, restaurants, including Papa John's Pizza and Fish and Chips, amusement arcade, live entertainment lounge, mini-market and launderette. (Park facilities are closed from 4 Nov to 15 March).

Parking - Two car spaces.
