First Floor
- Two large spacious bedrooms are both fitted with double built-in wardrobes.
- One bedroom consists of a king sized bed with chaise Longue, the other bedroom consists of a zip link bed which has the option of being set up as 2 twin beds or one king sized double bed.
- Spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath, and double shower.
Second Floor
- On this floor there is a very large kitchen and dining area, with 6-seater dining table, lounge with large sofa and 50" TV, providing a great space to socialise and interact.
Mezzanine Level
- Above the lounge is a mezzanine level with 3-seater sofa, desk & chair, also patio doors leading out to a private roof terrace. This is a great spot to tuck yourself away and work peacefully, or just to relax and unwind after the day's activities.
All areas are accessible except for the ground floor garage area.

Stamford town centre is only a few minutes walk as well as the main entrance to Burghley House, one of the grandest and largest Elizabethan country houses of the 16th century.
The George Hotel, one of England's greatest and oldest coaching inns, at almost 1,000 years old, is located within 1-2 mins walk from the property.
Rutland Water, with watersports, nature reserves & parkland, as well as walking & cycling routes, is also within a 15 minutes drive.
This property is situated in a highly desired residential area of Stamford. We would request no parties to be held at the property and to be mindful of other residents in the area. Thank you.
The sofa bed is under a skylight and as such lets the light in well in the morning. If you’d prefer to not be disturbed as much as possible by this light, we’d recommend a sleep mask.
