Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This lovely two-bedroom home is located in a residential area, yet minutes away from Pimlico, Victoria and the River Thames. It’s spread across 2 different floors and it also comes with a private garden and balcony. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. On the ground floor, guests will also find the garden. The kitchen is located in a separate adjacent room and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first and feature comfortable double beds with en suite bathrooms. Both bathrooms are clean and neat and come with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms also opens up directly to the private balcony. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home also features a modern and spacious gym area, ideal to get some exercise done! The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. ...
