It’s spread across 2 different floors and it also comes with a gym, a patio, and parking for one car. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It opens up directly to the patio, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a study room and 2 bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, guests will have the master bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom offers direct access to the balconies as well. The fourth bedroom is located on this floor, with direct access to one balcony, and it has an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes.
