Smart Property implementing the newest technology where guests do online checkin from the comfort of their homes and both our building and flat doors are accessible via smart mobile phones using an app of TLJ key systems. Before making a booking, guests must make sure they will have a smart mobile phone when they reach our building. They must have access to their email address used. Set in central London within 10 minutes walk to Paddington Train station and underground. We offer free WiFi, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. These apartments have wooden flooring throughout, and all have modern furnishings. Each kitchen features a cooker, microwave and kitchenware for guests to use. The units also all have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Card holder name must match guest's name. For 3rd party payments, please contact the property using the details from your booking confirmation. Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable.
