This newly refurbished apartment has one-double bed and one-double sofa bed in the living room with fully equipped kitchen, double glazed windows, super fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, hot water and central heating and special services to make your stay comfortable as possible: luggage storage (if possible), the possibility of early check-in or check out, adaptable cancellation policy, bathtub and high chair for children (available on request).
For any additional set of bedding requested, the cleaning company may charge £20 extra. Also we offer cleaning services available for an additional cost.

Located between Chelsea and Westminster, in an upscale residential neighborhood situated in zone 1 in Central London. Nearby attractions include Big Ben, Westminster Abbey & Cathedral, Tate Britain Museum, Hyde Park and St James' Park. The area is full of restaurants such as the Ritz and the IVY, pubs, coffee shops and the most famous clothes-shops such as Selfridges and House of Fraser. Also, within 20 minutes walking you can visit Trafalgar Sq, Oxford Street and Bond Street.

Pimlico Underground Station is only a 2 minute walk away and Victoria Station in 4 minutes, servicing with the Central line and Westminster Station just a 6 minutes walk from the property connecting all London Underground, Victoria Coach Station, Gatwick Express and National Rail trains. Vauxhall Station is also a 10-minute walk away and services South Western Railway trains, connecting with Gatwick Airport.
The nearest bus stop is St Georges Sq (Stop G) located in Pimlico with only 1 minutes walking from the property, servicing buses to Victoria Coach Station, Westminster, St James Park, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Camden and international connection to King's Cross St Pancras.
If you're traveling by car, the A3213 is just down the road from the building.
There is pay-and-display parking nearby at a very good rate.

- It is very important to know the exact number of guests arriving in order to have ready the right amount of beds according to it.
- Please note a security deposit protection is enabled against household incidents. The guest does not pay any amount when they make the reservation. No charge will be put forward unless a claim with the relative proof is made to agoda.
- To make your arrival and departures as easy and manageable as possible, there is the opportunity to store your luggage at the property before your check in and/or after your check out times, always depending of availability.
- Another exclusive feature I offer to my guests is the possibility of a refund in case of cancellation.
What I can offer you is a refund of up to 100% of the agoda cancellation fees if I manage to find other guests for the dates you have cancelled. This will give you peace of mind in case you need to cancel your reservation due to an emergency or a last minute change of travel plans. This refund would only be given if another guest makes a reservation for the dates you cancelled.
