The flat is a good size; perfect for a couple or group of friends or workers to stay.

Upton Road Apartment is also located just 2 minutes’ walk from the high street, within touching distance of the area's shopping hotspots. From Watford, London is so easy to reach, with countless family attractions and places of interest to explore. The apartment is located close to attractions such as the Warner Brothers Studios where you can explore Hogwarts, the town centre and lovely nearby canal walks. Newly opened Oxhey Activity Park is 7 minutes’ drive. They have sport, play and leisure facilities including a skate park, play area, table tennis and café. -There is only one secure car parking for the apartment.
- When reserving for car park, guest would need to pay a Refundable Security Deposit of £100. Your Security Deposit will be refunded to the card used for payment, once car fob is returned after check out.
-A cleaner is available during your stay on request for an additional cost (depending on number of guests). The manuals of all appliances are provided on the starting day to the guests.
