Short walking distance to City Centre, Supermarkets and Bus / Tram stops. Property has lift access to terrace. Apartment is located on the terrace level. - Bright and spacious open plan kitchen / dining area / living room with sofa bed. (Sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children only.) - Private terrace with BBQ and outdoor seating. (Charcoal for BBQ will be provided.) - Double bedroom with en suite (shower). - Smaller room with two single beds (can convert into a double). - Family bathroom (shower and bath). - Free car parking (1 car only) Guests will have access to the whole property. - All appliances can be used. - Free unlimited Wifi - Netflix (No live TV) - 15 space car park operates on a 'first come, first serve' basis. Bollard key will be provided. - Bed rail, Changing matt, Baby bath tub and Feeding booster seat can be provided on request. - All toys and books for young children can be used. We would like to meet and greet all our guests on arrival. Unfortunately, this is sometimes not possible. In this instance, our family will be there to welcome you into our home and will be the main points of contact during your stay. There are a number of excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants in Canonmills, as well as a Lidl and Tesco supermarket (2min walk). The Botanical Gardens is a 10-15min walk from the apartment and there are two children's play parks nearby. Guests can walk to the City Centre in 15mins or take a bus (bus stop 2 mins walk). York Place tram station, which goes to and from Edinburgh airport, is a 10min walk.
