It develops on one level and has an annexed body. The villa was designed by the renowned architect Gianni Gamondi, a unique work of art of its kind. It has that distinctive style of Caribbean colonial villas, where white prevails and the warmth of wood makes it modern and classic at the same time. The context in which it is inserted offers absolute privacy. A private road leads to the entrance of the property and a white wooden gate anticipates the style we will find inside. The many covered parking spaces can be reached along the granite-paved avenue which also leads directly to the winter garden. Upon entering the living area welcomes us with lounge, sitting room and dining room. We still find five bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The master also has a Jacuzzi tub for exclusive use. The two kitchens with high quality appliances allow the service staff to fulfill any need. The living room offers a wonderful view of the garden and the generous veranda. Here we also find the sea view pool on Punta Volpe with its villas and beaches. Moving slightly to the right, we admire Cala Sabina and Golfo Aranci, while on the left, we can enjoy the view of the Costa Smeralda, Cala di Volpe and Portisco. A comfortable annex with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry also has access to the garden which leads to a gate, thus also reaching the road. On foot, the center of Porto Rotondo and the Sassi beach are about 500 meters away. The park of the villa has a surface area of sq m embellished with native plants of the Mediterranean scrub and various relaxation areas. Everywhere you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. A roof garden and a solarium on the roof are ideal for aperitifs at sunset.
