Featuring an outdoor pool and free shuttle service to Olbia’s main beaches, Smeralda Village is in Porto Rotondo, a 20-minute drive from Olbia. Accommodation here has a private balcony. Studios and apartments include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. They are furnished in a quaint, modern style. The colourful bathroom is complete with a glass shower. The beach shuttle comes by every 20 minutes. Parking is free on site, and Olbia’s port with ferries to Genova, Livorno, and other destinations is 15 km away.

A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 100 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00.
