Guests are required to clean the kitchenette and barbecue area upon check-out. Guests who won't tidy up these areas, they are required to pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50.
If you book more than 5 apartments, additional charges may be applied.
Pets weighing under 10 kilograms are allowed in the apartments but not in the common areas. Guests with pets must pay an extra cleaning fee of EUR 10 per day.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of EUR 200 upon check-in.
There are cleaning fees to be paid on spot: € 45.00 for the studio apartment, € 55.00 for the one-bedroom apartment.
