Large villa immersed in the tranquility of the countryside at the gates of Alghero, in Santa Maria La Palma, along the road leading to the Porto Conte Natural Park. Well furnished, it is all on one level and consists of living room, large kitchen, double bedroom, second double bedroom and bathroom; complete the property: large open spaces furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, parking spaces, a well-kept English garden and a tennis court shared only with the other cottage in the ' inside the property. Present: tv, washing machine, barbecue and outside shower. For larger groups, there is a second cottage in the same property that can accommodate another 5 people, for a total of 10 beds. In the immediate vicinity there are the most beautiful beaches of Alghero: Porto Conte, sandy; Mugoni, wrapped in a large pine forest; Tramariglio and Cala Dragunara (where boats for the Neptune Caves depart). Just a few minutes drive, Alghero with all its nightly entertainment.
