Then each detached villa (Pergola & Anthea Rossa) has its own private spaces and every room in Pergola has an open view with the sitting room & double bedroom having direct sea views. Facilities of the villa: Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and sitting room leading to terrace. Staircase leads up to one twin-bedded room; bathroom with shower; one double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi bath, leading to balcony. Swimming pool and barbecue area. 1 double bed 2 single beds Sleeps up to 5 persons Air-conditioning in the sitting - dinning rooms, and hall area of the bedrooms and dining areas Satelite TV High Speed Internet Wi-Fi (Starlink connection) Private swimming pool (8x4 metres & depth 1.35 metres) Maid service Minimum stay one week or upon availability Villa rentals are based upon the occupancy: Villa Pergola - 4 persons Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, included changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and internet. Electricity is free up to 80KWH / week. More than 80 KWH the cost is 0.45 Euros / KWH. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
