Only minutes to shops and restaurants, with numerous beaches nearby. The popular holiday destination of North Cyprus is the first to be free of COVID-19. Your private 3-bedroom villa is sparkling clean, with stunning views and evening sunsets, with only birdsong to break the silence. This part of Çatalköy is a quiet, open area with other family villas dotting the peaceful landscape, sloping up from the sea on the north and west, to the backdrop of mountains in the south. ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE VILLA: There is an L-shaped living room with two distinct seating areas, and in the opposite wing is the large kitchen and dining area. Each of these wings has a high ceiling and skylights. The laundry room and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower are also on this level. In one nook of the living room is the 102-cm-wide HD television with Hotbird and Turksat satellites. There are 3 sofas here (one opens to a sofa bed for two additional guests). The second seating area has a 4-seat bamboo set, surrounded by picture windows for the sunsets, and just outside the sliding doors is the western terrace and sunset dining. You’ll also find backgammon and chess sets in the living area. In the big kitchen, there is the two-compartment freezer / refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser, toaster, ...
