In the middle of Vienna's 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short stays. Each accommodation is accessible from the staircase via its own entrance door. The equipment includes a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. It is ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and people traveling alone.
This apartment is on the first floor facing the street and offers 70 m² of space for four people. The living area is equipped with parquet, the sanitary area with a tiled floor. In the 4 m² vestibule there is a cloakroom with a mirror and storage space. The 27 m² living room with integrated kitchen offers you a living area with a table and four armchairs, a TV and a cozy reading corner with an armchair. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee machine, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In the 8 m² bathroom you have a shower and two sinks, a hairdryer and bath and hand towels at your disposal. The separate toilet is about 3 m². There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom is about 15 m² and has a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and storage space. The second bedroom with a size of 12 m² has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and storage space.
Our check in/out is contactless and totally uncomplicated using a personal code. This allows access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered after activating the touch field (touching the black field in the area of the card symbol). We will send you the information necessary for your check-in a few days before your arrival.
Everything you need, such as supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport is in the immediate vicinity.

Attention, Vienna is in a short-term parking zone!
During the defined period of time, parking fees are to be paid by displaying parking tickets. Outside the short-term parking zone, such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, you can park for free directly on the street in front of the front door.
