Completely renovated in summer 2014 and located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Sölden, Soelden Lounge offers a spa area with a roof-top terrace, a sauna with panoramic views, an infrared cabin, waterbeds and a relaxation area. The property offers free WiFi and features ski-to-door access in good snow conditions. The modern Tyrolean-style rooms have a balcony with views of the Ötztal Alps and a bathroom with shower and free toiletries, while the apartments furthermore come with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Soelden Lounge also has ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Guests can also use a lockable bicycle storage room free of charge. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning to the Soelden Lounge. Several restaurants and a grocery shop can be found in the centre of Sölden. A ski bus stops in front of the property and provides good connections to the local ski lifts a 5-minute drive away. Längenfeld’s Aqua Dome can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. From mid-June to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Soelden Lounge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
