Welcome to our house - a newly renovated ROOFTOP apartment & just a step to historical Hanoi Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake and short walk to Old Quarter, while quiet enough to relax from the chaotic street noise. You will get a chance to truly live a Hanoian life with local neighbor, local food in a highly security surrounding area. While in Hanoi, live like a local! * THE HOUSE + Hoan Kiem District. One minute to Hanoi Opera House. + The house is a 6 story-home with lift to level 5; + Surveillance camera 24/24; * THE ROOM - MUST CLIMB STAIR 1 LEVEL + 20 square meter with private bathroom. Balcony - outer view. + Air conditioning; + Queen size bed, wardrobe, TV which can connect Netflix (with guest's own Netflix account); + Working table + Private bathroom + Kitchenette area (outside the room). + Basic cooking ware: Fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, pot and pan. Due to hygiene reasons, no spices provided. THE SHARED AREAS WITH OTHER GUESTS + Shared laundry area on the rooftop (level 6, which requires taking stair from level 5 to reach level 6) Guests go through private entrance door & reach level 5 by elevator, then go by stair to level 6. We are always available to help you and answer your questions during your stay in Hanoi, such as where to eat nice local food, bike rental, local attractions, etc.... Please don't hesitate to ask and we will respond immediately (or as soon as we can) We can also help you arrange a pick up service to/from the airport upon request. Other things to note - When you check in, we would need a copy of your passport/ID to declare your stay with the local authority. - FREE Laundry - Self Serve - Liquid Detergent supplied - Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices unused when you leave home (even during your stay) to avoid overuse of electricity & to save the energy, then protect the environment. - Due to hygiene reasons, we do not stock cooking spices & cooking oil. - You will be given: + Passcode to unlock the entrance door + Room key & electric card (to use air conditioner & water heating) - Extra toilet paper, tissue, etc are available on request, feel free to let us know.
