Located in the heart of Hanoi, Indochina house is a harmonious combination of the nostalgic design, and bold Asian traditions with the modern, romantic style of French architecture. Indochine design style which reminds you of the early years of 20 century in Vietnam makes you “love” at first sight with rustic beauty, retirees, delicate and charming.
The Apartment is very central, and it is close to the Opera House and Hoan Kiem lake,… so you can easy to explore wherever you want.
The house is on the 5th floor with a nicely decorated Indochine style that reminds you of the old story in the early years of the 20th century. There is no elevator but the stair is very comfortable and easy to walk up.
The Apartment has 2 spacious floors with a total of 150 meters in square. There are 4 bedrooms with kingsize beds, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), and 2 bathrooms on 2 separate floors which offers you more privacy and independence for your family in every single moment. Moreover, we have 2 dining rooms (one is connected with a well-designed living room that is suitable for enjoying family time and entertaining loved ones; One separate kitchen on the rooftop).
The house is very quiet with excellent security and privacy for your stay. When you come in you can use any of the amenities in the apartment from the kitchen and Wi-Fi, etc... and enjoy your time at our Apartment. The apartment is kept to a high standard of cleanliness you will not have to worry about cleaning.

Check-in time is flexible
Our check-in time is from 02 pm and check-out is 12pm noon. It could be flexible depending on whether our apartment is occupied or not at the time of your arrival. Please contact us for early check-in or late check-out first.

From the house, you can take a walk around the Hoan Kiem Lake for morning exercise to see everything will be going on for the new day
We are very grateful if you can respect the community. Please do not make any noise after 10 pm.
No overnight guests that we are not aware of staying due to safety concerns. If this happens, we’d have to ask the guests to leave straight away as the policy is strict to protect you and ourselves.

We do not prepare breakfast but you are more than welcome to help yourself to have a tea or coffee at any time during your stay ☕️
