Q&P Smart villa has 5 units (family & double), located on the hill with forest view. Total space for house and garden is 760m2, include a fully equipped kitchen and huge garden
✯ 3 family rooms and 2 double room(total 8 beds & accommodate up to 16 people). All have private bathrooms.
✯ Some rooms have balcony with forest view, some have patio with garden view
✯ All rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass walls with mountain or garden views (some rooms have balcony; some have patio).
✯ Smart Screen TV comes with each room
✯ Fully equipped Kitchen & common space with table football
✯ Outside garden with space perfect for socializing, BBQ, and relaxation

Our villa is located in well structure neighborhood, right next to main road to city center. From here, you can easily travel to famous attraction like Xuan Huong Lake, Cau Dat Farm, Bao Dai Palace... Within 15 minutes drive, you can reach city center and famous place in town.
The best way to get around Da Lat is on motobike..but only two of them. If you would like to rent a motorbike, we can help coordinate a bike rental for you at 5 - 10 USD a day. If you prefer comfort, taxis are readily available for ~15k VND per km. Grab is not popular here but you can try a Grab-like local app named EMDDI. It offers both car and bike like grab but keep in mind only cash is accepted.
Don’t forget to wander around by foot too since our neighborhood is pretty fit for walking or jogging and enjoy the fresh air. Nearby coffee shop is The Married Bean. They provide high quality coffee.
