3、Monthly Accommodation of 28days or more 28 days , room cleaning service is provided 1 week 1 time， change everything. Electric and water will be extra charged，Electric is 1 meter 8thb/unit. water is 200thb per room .when check in need to pay 1000thb deposit ,when check out everything is ok will return you!
