A modern luxury villa with a nice balance of teak and marble, Four meter high ceilings, massive doors and spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. From the living room you can jump straight into the marble pool with two waterfalls. An open plan modern style western kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare everything from breakfast to a big feast. Roof top terrace with a breathtaking sea view of Chalong bay and the island, equipped with jacuzzi, sala, dining table, couch, fridge and BBQ.
Less than a minute walk from the beach where you can enjoy an early morning or late afternoon walk along the beach. On either side of the villa are two great restaurants where you can enjoy a late afternoon drink or a bite to eat.
- The ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen with a huge American fridge, espresso machine, microwave oven, conventional oven, an island with gas burners, dishwasher and all the utensils for dining, dining area, living room sofa with 85" Smart TV and a bathroom. In front of the living room you have a marble tiled 4 x 10m swimming pool and a sun deck.
- The second floor has two grand bedrooms with private balconies, 75" TVs, and a large shared bathroom with walk in closets.
- The third floor hosts two bedrooms both with private bathroom and private balconies. The Master Bedroom with beautiful floor to ceiling teak wardrobes, ensuite marble bathroom with a bath tub, shower, two marble sinks and toilet is on this floor. The guest bedroom on this floor has two single beds and a 75" TV.
- On the roof terrace you can enjoy a Jacuzzi, BBQ and dining area with the most amazing view of Chalong Bay and the islands outside.
