This private pool villa truly reflects the blend of natural materials and modern style in a tranquil setting. The whole villa is on two floors with high quality furnishings and teak wood interiors, equipped European kitchen with all basic utensils you may need for self catering.
Electricity and water bills are included in the price (doesn't apply to monthly stays). We provide free housekeeping service, free drinking water every day, free change of bed linen every 3 days. We provide free soft drinks, instant coffee, tea bags and ice cubes to each guest upon check-in.

The villa has modern lighting (both inside and outside the villa) and a large kitchen with basic kitchen utensils including a toaster and coffee maker, stove, microwave and kettle, plus a portable grill in the backyard.

Our villa offers a year-round outdoor pool and private sun loungers. Our villa has a private garage that can accommodate up to two full-size cars at a time. The villa complex has a 24-hour security service at the main gate.
We provide you with disposable slippers, shower and hand towels (1 set per person), shower gel, shampoo, bathrobe, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, toilet paper and other basic bathroom utensils. One washing machine and a dishwasher are available free of charge during your stay.
The villa is an hour and a half drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, two hours drive from Bangkok Don Mueang Airport, and 45 minutes from Pattaya Airport (U-Tapao–Rayong Airport). The villa is 15 minutes drive from Pattaya city center. It is also 15-20 minutes drive from Terminal 21, one of the city's best shopping centers with many stores and restaurants. Our villa is also 15-20 minutes from famous Pattaya Beach and 8 km from famous Jomtien Beach.
​You can easily call a taxi or a motorbike from the villa. It is only 10 km away from Pattaya's famous night life district 'Walking Street'. It is 15-20 minutes by car from 'Central Festival', one of the best shopping malls in Pattaya.
It is 20 minutes by car from Bali Hai Pier, which is used to pass to Ko Lan island, which is one of the touristic areas preferred by the guests coming to Pattaya.
We will ask 10.000 baht as deposit for stays shorter than 8 days, 20.000 baht for stays between 8 to 21 days. 30.000 baht for stays between 21 to 31 days. We will refund this amount back to you if the
