This new modern 3 bedroom villa is located around 10 mins drive to Hua Hin centre and beaches. The villa has a large open plan living, dinning and fully equipped modern kitchen area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms have a shared bathroom.
The villas modern architecture with glass sliding doors makes it easy to transform the villa into an open pool oasis. All bedrooms and the living area have access to the outside space where there is a lovely pool, poolside sun beds and covered terrace perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends and family.
Maid service is included 5 times pr week half day.
Option for maid service, extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge.

Please note this is not a Party house and there is to be no noise outside from 10pm to 8am.

The rental price includes electricity for 300 baht pr. night. Usage over this amount will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra.
Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 300 baht per night depending mostly on Air-con usage.
