This is a brand new comfortable, luxurious one bedroom apartment (52 sq/m) in central Chiang Mai, which would suit single and couples, with everything you need for your stay in Chiang Mai. The condo has a separate bed room with a King size bed. Kitchen is well equiped and has a Nespresso machine (free). Located in the main tourist hub. Make yourself at home, and I hope that you will love my condo as much as I do!

**Bedroom**
The bed room has a King size bed with bedding. The clean bedsheet, blanket, pillows and towels are provided on your arrival. I have also equipped 2 air conditions ( 1 in Bedroom, 1 in Living room). and 1 television. There are some clothes hangers, ironing and ironing board inside the wardrobe.

**Living room with pantry**
Wireless high speed internet is (30/10MB) provided free. There is one comfortable sofa in the living room where you can enjoy watching the TV. The living room also has access to the balcony. It is a great spot where you can enjoy the freshair and see the view of Chiang Mai and the garden view. There is also a modern built-in kitchen set including all cupboards, electric stove, extractor fan. I also provide a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle and kitchen cooking equipments. There are also dining utensils provided e.g. plates, bowls, cutlery, cups. A Nespresso machine brews you every morning excellent coffee. Coffee caps are provided for free!

**Shower room**
There is a shower room with hot/cold water, bathtub. I also provide clean bathroom amenities e.g. fresh towels, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners on your arrival day. I also provide a hair dryer as well.
