This is a fenced-in, 3 story house featuring large rooms, high ceilings, 170 square meters of living space, air conditioning throughout, a lovely terrace, private parking, plus complimentary use of our bicycle. It will feel like your "home away from home" as this is an entire home rental, not a shared room or apartment building. Lots of space & privacy to enjoy with your family, friends or business associates. First floor features: Living room with large sofa-bed, a new 50" LED TV, With Blu-Ray or DVD player along with a selection of in-house movies. Netflix is ready signed in , just push Netflix button on TV’s remote control! Kitchen & dining room come equipped with fridge/freezer, induction range-top, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee/tea kettle & utensils. There is a large, newly dining table with comfortable 8 chairs. Complimentary coffee & tea is provided for your enjoyment. Newly installed Fiber-Optic internet provided speed up to 80 Mbps is available throughout the house! You also have a convenient restroom on the first floor with washer & dryer adjacent. Second floor features: Large & lovely bedroom including 2 queen-size beds, large closet space & 1 bathroom. Third floor features: 1 bedroom with balcony & king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third floor also has 1 bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with black-out shade curtains providing you a most comfortable sleeping environment, in hopes of a quick recovery from any jetlag or travel-related stress you may have. We really want you to enjoy your stay in Bangkok to the fullest & come to visit us again! -10 mins to BTS Victory Monument station (N3) by taxi or you can take bus No.12 (4 stops.) Bus stop is across the alley, 30 metres from the house. -15 mins to Phaya Thai Airport Rail link to Suvarnabhumi Airport. -Bus No.12 takes you to The Grand Palace and The Emerald Buddha (Wat Phrakaew.) -Only 4km. away from Khaosan Road, bus No.12 gets you close, then only 5 mins walk. -15 mins to Siam Paragon, Siam discovery and MBK, bus No.50 takes you from the same bus stop (across the alley) -10 mins to Chatuchak Weekend Market. -Wat Benchamabopit, Dusit Zoo, Vimanmek Palace and Samsen Railway Station are within walking distance. -Closest local grocery store is 30 metres, 7-Eleven is 150 metres. Nearest 7-eleven is within 2minutes (less than a minute by bike!)walk from the house by turn left and left at front of alley. Nearest local grocery shop is 30 meter left direction at house number 328/3 less than 1 minute walk. Next door Northern Thai food are delicious , house num 328/10, (Sunday closed) Also Thai chicken rice at house num 328/2 ( for Breakfast & Lunch ) If u have (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map or map app.try search "Ratchawat market" Located next block as you can walk or less than 5mins by Tuk Tuk or taxi. I can provide airport shuttle from DMK (Donmuang airport) or BKK (Suvarnabhumi airport) for up to 10guests and your luggage (vehicle is a Toyota Commuter)Price: 1300Thai baht. Or up to 4 guests and your luggage (vehicle is a MPV Toyota Innova) Price : 900 baht. Our drivers are professional & very familiar with the route directly to our house.
