This spacious unit has 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds which sleeps up to 5 persons. The 2 sofa beds in living room are two single beds side by side with a single mattress, and can be used as beds for sleep.

BABY AMENITIES - we have child and baby amenities like high chair and crib (must request ahead of time)
WATER FILTER - The Stiebel Elton is a water filter that you can drink from.
NECESSITIES - iron, iron board, hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, sheets, tissue, etc - all that is needed for a stay. Toiletries that are not provided such as toothbrush can be bought at the nearby supermarket (Maxvalu).
KITCHEN - stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee pot, coffee capsule machine, kettle (all reputable brands like Philips)
COFFEE MACHINE - You may buy the coffee capsules bought from the Maxvalu or other supermarkets
55” SMART TV - with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube. Samsung QLED
WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER (BOSCH) - detergent is provided
BOARD GAMES - in the entrance, feel free to grab it to play
PLENTY OF CHARGING PORTS FOR REMOTE WORKING!
We allow storing of luggage in the building after check-out.
For last minute bookings, we need approximately up to 5 hours to prepare the room. However, you may leave your things in the building early and come back later for check-in.
PARKING - Please request if need parking (limited availability).

CLEANING AND LINEN CHANGES - The charged cleaning fee is for the end of stay cleaning. No cleaning is provided during your stay. If needed, below are the additional charges:
-Cleaning only - 800 THB per cleaning since we need to hire a maid
-Change of bed sheets - 200 THB per bedroom
-Additional towels - 30 THB per towel
RULES
1. QUIET HOURS - from 10pm to 8am, please keep the noise levels down, because it is residential area with neighbors sleeping
2. NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, etc. - There is penalty for violation (check our house rules for the penalties)
3. NO SMOKING - No smoking in the house, if you have to smoke please do so outside in the car park, and throw away the buds in the trash inside. There is penalty for violation (check our house rules for the penalties) If you need to smoke, PLEASE DO IT OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT. We have a strict fine for smoking indoors since it will destroy our furniture and cause problems with the next guest checking in.
4. When you enter and exit the house at night, please be quiet and keep the noise down
5. It is OK if a few friends gather and not so loud. If there will be noise at night, please close all the windows and doors to seal it, so noise doesn’t leak out. We want to minimize the noise complaints from neighbors.
