Situated on the Koh Rattana Kosin island, an old town Bangkok. 5 min walk to the famous KhaoSan road, 15-20 min walk to the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha temple. Accommodate up to 4 guests with 1 queen bed and 1 large sofa-bed in the bedroom. Ideally place for family or a group of friends (pax4). Boon Chan Ngarm house, is a historical 2 storey shop house, built around early 1900 in Bangkok old town Koh Rattana Kosin. Newly renovated with a rustic Thai loft style. Our place is on the main road surround with lots of vibrant street foods, restaurants, cafes and bars. Entire house. 1 living and dining space, 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, 1 bathroom on the first floor patio, electric heating shower, watching machine, open air kitchen and garden patio. - At night might be a little loud noise from the streets and Tuk Tuks. Please don't worry, ear plugs are provided. - Complimentary drinking water 1 bottle per guest per night in the fridge only. Please don't go over our stock in the cupboard storage. If you go over our stock you will be charge for the replacement. - The house may not be suitable for those who have problem going up and down the staircase.
