It's one block away from seashore park, walking distance to the city, and greatly located to reach 7-11, restaurants, stone culture museum, pine garden.........

位於上美崙區域,從花蓮火車站搭乘計程車約十分鐘車程,出門可步行到花蓮港口、北濱沙灘公園,白天看海浪、晚上吹吹太太平洋涼涼的海風,各式餐廳亦步行可達,傳統台灣小吃或泰式、義式料理、韓式料理,提供各種選擇,可提供花蓮各遊玩景點訊息,如觀賞清水斷崖、七星潭看日出、賞鯨行程、太魯閣國家公園、溯溪、原住民豐年祭等等活動,希望來到花蓮的朋友能體驗花蓮各種不同的美!
