Though you sit on the living room, the wake up view from the bed, vision from your dining table, just a look over your shoulder while you are in the kitchen or simply from any balcony, you can see the beautiful ocean just in front of you.

You are welcome to use GYM (very basic) and the roof top pool with an amazing view of the ocean.
24/7 security office available at the ground level near the entrance gate.
We are located 5 minutes away from the Mount Lavinia train station.
Please note - Long stay guests:
The wireless internet is free of charge. however, for long stays, there will be a reasonable limit of Gigabytes.
For Long stay: Electricity will be charged as per consumption.
The Keys are generally handed over and taken over by us personally. However, if the keys has to be collected by you at the security, we are happy to pass by and say hello.
If you want to know where to go and what to do while in Sri Lanka, we are more than happy to help you out.

The Mount Lavinia ocean is just half a minute walk to the beach from the ground floor.
There are many nice restaurants and bars on the beach. you can enjoy your time at the beach or in one of the restaurants/Bars and walk back to the apartments.
Cooking: we have decided to not provide gas for cooking for safety reasons.
You can use the induction cooker provided.
A Capsule coffee machine available:
