- 고객님의 연락처를 기재하지 않으셨거나, 잘못 기재하셔서 발생되는 모든 문제는 온다(ONDA) 및 숙소에서 책임지지 않습니다.
- 만약 예약 시 기재하지 않으셨거나, 잘못 기재하신 경우, 최대한 빠른 시간 내 고객님의 연락처 정보를 아고다 고객센터로 전달주시기 바랍니다.
- 아고다 판매 페이지에 기재되어 있지 않더라도 바베큐, 수영장, 스파, 미온수 등 숙소 내 부대시설 이용 시 추가 요금이 발생됩니다. 숙소마다 다를 수 있으므로, 부대시설 현황 및 이용 금액, 결제 방식은 반드시 체크인 전에 숙소로 직접 확인 부탁드리며 날씨 또는 숙박 시설의 상황에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있으며, 관련 내용으로의 환불은 불가합니다.
- 모든 어린이와 유아는 연령과 관계없이 투숙 목적으로 성인과 동일한 인원수로 간주되며 최대인원을 초과한 인원은 아고다 상 예약이 완료되었더라도 입실거부처리 될 수 있습니다. (*숙소마다 다를 수 있음)

· 객실 예약은 홈페이지 실시간 예약 및 전화 문의를 통해서 가능합니다.
· 예약 후 입금 시 꼭 예약자 이름과 동일한 이름으로 입금 바랍니다.
· 예약자와 입금자가 다른 경우에는 전화 연락바랍니다.
· 주중 : 일요일 ~ 목요일, 주말 : 금요일, 토요일, 공휴일
· 성수기 : 7월 ~ 9월
· 야외 수영장 미온수풀 운영은 4월 중순부터 10월 중순까지입니다.
· 기준 인원 외 추가 인원 요금은 1인당 70,000원의 요금이 발생됩니다.
· 추가 인원 요금은 소아 및 숙박하지 않는 손님도 발생됩니다.
· 노래방 및 바비큐 시설 요금은 무료입니다.
· 입실 시간은 오후 3시, 퇴실 시간은 오전 11시 입니다.
· 상업적 목적의 촬영 및 대여는 사전 협의 후에 가능합니다.
· 예약취소시 입실일과 관계없이 기본 취소 수수료 10%가 부과됩니다.

주의 사항
· 모든 시설은 금연구역으로 지정되어 흡연 행위를 일체 금지하고 있습니다.
(객실 내는 금연구역이므로 반드시 실내금연 부탁드립니다. 위반시 냄세제거 전문크리닝업체 10만원 비용 청구 )
· 예약 인원 이외의 외부 추가 인원의 방문을 금지하고 있습니다.
· 집기 및 시설물의 훼손이나 분실 시반드시 관리자에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.
· 기물파손,침구 및 실내 벽 오염 ,비품 분실에 대한 책임은 손님께 있습니다.
·지나친 음주, 가무, 고성방가 등의 행위는 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.
· 이용객의 부주의로 발생한 사고에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
· 귀중품이나 소지품 분실에 대해서는 책임지지 않으니 유의 바랍니다.
· 만 20세 이상만 예약가능하며 그 이하인 경우 반드시 보호자가 동반해야 합니다.
· 주의 사항 미준수 시 운영 방침에 따라 주의나 퇴실조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
· 자연재해로 인하여 발생한 피해,사고는 책임지지않으니 유의바랍니다.
· 퇴실 시 모든 쓰레기는 지정된 장소에 분리하여 배출해 주시기 바랍니다.

예약 이후 3시간 내 요금 전액을 입금하시면 예약이 완료됩니다.
3시간 내 입금이 확인되지 않을 경우 예약이 취소될 수 있습니다.
예약 취소 시 위약금 10%를 공제하고 환불해드립니다.
3일전 취소 시 환불이 되지 않습니다.
예약 전 취소수수료를 "꼭" 확인바랍니다. 취소 시 위약금이 발생될 수 있습니다.
고객의 사정으로 예약을 취소, 예약 날짜 변경, 당일 예약 입금 후 취소, 이 모두 예약 취소에 해당되오니 환불규정에 따른 위약금이 적용되므로 꼭 신중히 생각하시고 예약하시기 바랍니다.

The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of your contact information.
For check-ins after 8 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.
Additional charges may apply for services not listed on the Agoda sales page, such as extra amenities within the property or the use of facilities.

Each property has varying options, statuses, and charges for services, facilities, and payment methods. Therefore, please confirm directly with the property before your check-in.
Usage of additional services, facilities, or other options may be subject to restrictions based on weather or property conditions on the day of use. Refunds for property costs due to such limitations are not possible.
Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered as adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through Agoda.
