This house is a 4 minute on foot from Exit 3 of Hongik Univ. Station, a hot and young area in Seoul, and it just 1 minute on foot from Gyeongui Line Forest Road (Yontral Park). Gwanghwamun, Jongno, Dongdaemun, and Myeongdong in Seoul are easily accessible within 30 minutes from here.
My house is located in the center of Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae, and there are many pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
It is a building with fresh colors of bedding, indoor accessories, and warm lighting. In particular, you can enjoy the blue sky on the green grass of the rooftop, making it a comfortable resting place.
