Basically, bedding for 6 people is prepared. Room 3 is only open when booking for 9 or more people. Room 3 is locked when booking for 8 people or less.
Bedding will be prepared according to the number of people booked, so please enter the number of guests accurately when making a reservation!

[5 Queen Bed]
There are 5 queen-sized beds. Room 1 and Room 2 each have 2 queen beds. Room 3 has 1 queen bed. Up to 10 people can use it.
[Samsung 65-inch 4K UHD TV]
There is a 65-inch Samsung 4K UHD TV in the living room and you can watch various channels. If you press the Netflix and YouTube buttons with the TV remote control, you can use it directly with the service.
[GiGA WiFi]
Very fast internet is provided with KT GiGA WiFi. WiFi 6, the next generation of WiFi technology, is applied.
[Washing machine OK! Dryer OK!]
Both washer and dryer fees are free. There is a washing machine with washing capacity of 24kg, drying capacity 20kg dryer in the house. This is the latest Samsung BESPOKE Grande AI washer and dryer set. It is new, so it is very convenient and clean.
[Clean and tidy accommodation]
This is a clean home that is cleaned and maintained by the host.
[Fine dust out with an air purifier!]
Remove fine dust with Samsung air purifier. We provide pleasant air by removing PM10 fine dust and PM2.5 ultrafine dust.
[Convenient transportation!]
Itaewon Station on Line 6 is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. It is close to the subway station. Access is excellent with convenient transportation.

- If there are no more than 6 guests, bedding will only be prepared for 3 queen-sized beds.

If you want all 4 queen-sized beds in Room 1 and Room 2, you must make a reservation for 7 or more people.
There are two queen-sized beds in each of Room 1 and Room 2, and Room 3 has 1 queen-sized bed. Room 3 will only open when you book for more than 9 people.
- No parking, No smoking, No party, No pets
- Absolutely no smoking and vaping in the house. Smoking is not only common smoking, but also for vaping, as well as vaping. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. (Please understand that smoking is strictly prohibited for the next guests.)
- In the event of indelible graffiti and indelible bedding contamination, you will be charged a fee.
- The house is on the 3rd floor. You have to come up the stairs. There is no elevator.
- Use and reservation for photography purposes rather than sleeping over are not possible.
- Be sure to turn off the air purifier when cooking. Because the smell and smoke go into the filter, the air freshener creates a bad smell.
- For safety management and crime prevention, the CCTV that is recording the outside of the accommodation at the entrance is in operation 24 hours a day.
