It is located about 5-6 minutes on foot from Independence Gate Station on Jongno Subway Line 3, and is located 10 minutes by train and taxi from Seoul Station, and it is a new building, clean, and has more than 1000 years of history of the Joseon Dynasty nearby. Gyeongbokgung Palace, Deoksugung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Seochon Village, Cheonggyecheon, Hongdae Street, Gangnam, Mapo, Dongmyo, Insa-dong, Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Namdaemun Market, etc. There are many Michelin restaurants, famous restaurants/cafes, and infrastructure facilities nearby. It is a new building, clean, free parking in the building, and is a spacious and pleasant accommodation suitable for the whole family, lovers, and friends.

The space
As a new building, we have an interior with a designer's sensibility.
It is a special relaxing space with a French + mid-century sensibility. Since it is an accommodation in a residential area, it is a quiet and cozy three-room space that is divided into a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a dining area. There are basic cooking utensils, and you can watch Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc., and I hope you have a precious and happy time with your family, lovers, and Jingu.
Guest access
1) We use the entire house, and you can drink water comfortably by preparing a water purifier and coffee machine, and you can drink coffee as needed.
2) The parking lot is a dedicated parking lot in the building and is free of charge.
3) We are ready to play squid game air.
Other things to note
1) If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests, they will be removed without a refund.
2) CCTV installation is installed for the purpose of preventing unfortunate accidents.
3) Smoking indoors in the accommodation will be fined 200,000 won.
4) Pets are not allowed.
5) In the event of damage to the tile floor of the accommodation, the building of the accommodation, internal facilities, and fixtures, you must compensate for damage.
6) In the event of neighboring household complaints due to loud singing, noise, etc., you will be immediately evicted without refund.
7) No noise parties
