☞ The large discount mart and diaso are two minutes walk away from the my house, so you can buy everything you need in real life at a very low price, so you can travel economically.
3. Use full option studio alone
☞ This is the room where I work on weekdays. So I have my luggage in my room, in the built-in closet. This is not supposed to cause you any inconvenience in living and enjoying everything in my room. However, please keep in mind that my stuff is inside the built-in closet marked.
☞ My accommodation is a typical full-options studio. This is a free space where you can enjoy the pleasure of traveling alone without sharing your accommodation with others.

'Bed, bed, refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom so on are all in a non-shared space to use alone and relax.

사당역은 교차로를 중심으로 나뉘어 번화가가 밀집되어 있습니다.
⑫ 번출구 방향인 방배동 쪽 번화가에는 곱창집, 고기집, 가성비 좋은 스시집
(상호명: 스시테헤란) 등이 유명합니다.
⑨ 9번출구 방향은 등산객의 연령대에 맞춘 찌개, 건강식(횟집, 장어 등)이 주류를
이루지만,
저는 이곳에서는 특이한 소규모 디저트 카페와 베트남 쌀국수 집(상호명: 72420)을
추천합니다.
④ 번 출구 방향은 동일하게 23-30대 대상 술집과 다양한 분식류가 특징입니다. 또한
경기도 요지로 가는 좌석버스정류장이 있고, 올리브영이 있으니 참고
부탁드립니다.
☞ 숙소에서 도보 15분 거리에 사당역 12번 출구에 사당역의 복합쇼핑센터인 파스텔시티가 위치해 있습니다.
파스텔시티는 사당역 12번 출구에 위치한 사당의 랜드마크로서 서점, 의류, 고급외식센터를 포함하고 있습니다.
2. 숙소 도보 2분 거리에 편의시설 위치
도보 2분 이내에 대형할인마트, 24시 편의점, 카페, 병원, 약국, 헬스센터 등 모든 편의시설이 위치 해 있습니다.

To introduce the downtown of Sadang Station in detail, the following is the following.
►Exit 12: Gopchangjip, meat restaurant, and sushi restaurant are famous for their cheap and delicious taste.
※ The name of a sushi restaurant: sushiteheran
►Exit 9: Korean food (jigae, sashimi restaurant, etc.) is usually served to Korean hikers in their 50s and 60s. But I recommend an unusual small dessert cafe and a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant here.

►Exit 4: There are bars and various snack bars for people in their 20s and 30s. Also, there is a bus stop to Gyeonggi-do and Olive Young here, so please take note.

Pastel City is a landmark of Sadang, which includes bookstores, clothing, and a luxury dining center.
2. Convenience facility location 2 minutes walking distance from my room
Within two minutes of walking, all convenience facilities are located, including large discount stores, diaso, convenience stores, cafes, hospitals, pharmacies, and health centers.
☞ 시내버스, 광역버스 및 좌석버스 및 지하철 모두 최대 도보 10분 이내에 위치 해있습니다.
☞ 공항리무진을 이용하시는 경우, 방배노인복지센터에서 하차하신 후 사당역 7번 출구 방향으로 2-3분 정도 도보 이동하신 후 제가 드리는 가이드(길 사진 상세 첨부)를 따라서 10분 내외로 이동하시면 숙소에 문제 없이 도착하실 수 있습니다.

1. 쓰레기 분리수거(1달 이상 장기숙박만 해당)
쓰레기는 음식물 쓰레기, 일반 쓰레기, 재활용쓰레기로 분리 후 건물 현관 오른쪽 담벼락의 쓰레기수거를 위해 지정된 장소에 처리부탁드립니다.
1) 일반쓰레기는 흰색의 종량제 비닐을 구입하셔서 처리해 주시면 됩니다. 이때, 일반쓰레기에는 재활용 쓰레기가 포함되지 않으니 꼭 분류 부탁드립니다.
2) 음식물쓰레기는 건물 좌측 쓰레기장에 공동 수거통에 버려주시길 부탁드립니다.
3) 종이, 캔, 비닐, 플라스틱 과 같은 재활용은 각각 분리하여 비닐에 넣어 묶으신 후 처리해 주시길 부탁드립니다.
2. 소음 금지
다른 거주민들께 피해를 주는 행동, 특히 소음, 고성을 금지합니다. 방안에서 노래를 크게 틀어놓거나 공용으로 사용하는 복도에서 소음을 발생시키지 않도록 신경써 주시길 부탁드립니다.
3. 환기
원룸이므로 주기적인 환기가 필수입니다. 꼭 주기적으로 환기부탁드립니다.
4. 물품 사용
방 안에 있는 물품 중 게스트님을 맞이하기 위해 비치하여 세팅되어 있는 물품 이외의 모든 물품은 호스트의 소중한 물건입니다. 불가피하게 사용하시게 되면 반드시 문의를 주시기를 부탁드립니다. 소정의 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.
5. 침구 및 수건 사용시 오염 주의
침구나 수건 사용에서 세탁으로도 복구불가능한 오염이 발생되지 않도록 신경써주시길 꼭 부탁드립니다. 바로 세탁하여 다음 게스트에게 제공되므로 복구가 불가능한 오염 발생시 복구비용이 청구될수 있습니다.
6. 전열기구 사용 시 주의
사용하지 않으실 때 전열기구, 특히 인덕션 전원은 꼭 플러그를 제거해주시기 바랍니다. 화재의 원인이 되므로 각별히 주의 부탁드립니다.
7. 건물 주변 흡연시 주의
건물 인근에서 흡연시, 담배꽁초 처리를 깔끔하게 해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.
