숙소 내부는 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있으며, 2018 평창 동계올림픽 기간 중 미국 ABC방송국 기자단의 전용 숙소로 사용된 바 있습니다.
숙소 내에는 장/단기 숙박에 필요한 물품이 모두 구비되어 있으며, 유아와 어린이를 동반하는 게스트가 필요로 하는 비품들도 준비되어 있습니다.
문을 열고 나오면 아름다운 정원과 600평의 넓은 잔디 마당이 펼쳐져 있으며, 단독 바베큐 시설도 마련되어 있습니다.
