[주차 관련 안내]
건물 내 유료 주차가 가능합니다.
1일당 1만원의 비용이 발생합니다.
장기숙박(30일 이상)의 경우는 월 정기 주차 등록을 해드립니다.
Paid parking is available within the building.
There is a parking fee of 10,000 won per day.
In the case of long-term accommodation (more than 30 days), we will register monthly parking.
[주의사항 및 비용청구 관련]
1. 지나친 소음, 고성방가, 음주가무는 민원의 소지가 있어서 주의해주세요.
2. 아파트 내 물건등의 파손, 손상 및 얼룩 등이 발생하는 경우 비용청구가 추가로 있을 수 있습니다.
(와인이나 피, 과일얼룩, 염색 후 침구 등에 이염이 발생할 시 추과금이 발생할 수 있습니다!)
3. 아파트내서는 반드시 금연해주세요. (흡연시 10만원이 청구됩니다.)
4. 다음 게스트를 위해서 냄새가 많이 나는 음식은 피해주세요.
5. 건물규정상 반려동물 동반입실이 어렵습니다.
[Precautions and Billing Related]
1. Please be careful as there may be complaints about excessive noise, loud voices, and drinking.
2. In the event of damage, damage, or stains on items in the apartment, there may be additional charges.
(Additional charges may apply if stains are found on the bedding due to wine, blood, fruit stains, dyeing, etc.)
3. Please quit smoking in the apartment. (You will be charged 100,000 won for smoking.)
