[Parking Information]
▶To register for free, you must send your vehicle number to the mobile front desk at least 1 day in advance. (If not registered, a parking fee will apply).

▷Check-in/check-out is being done non-face-to-face. Be sure to leave your phone number when making a reservation.
▷Check-in information will be sent to your registered mobile phone number before 01:00 PM on the same day.
▷Please inquire about early check-in/late check-out at least 2 hours in advance on the day, and may not be possible depending on room conditions on the day.

,[Room information]
▷Brown Suites Busan is conducting a small environmental campaign with customer participation.
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap are not provided, and bathroom amenities are provided in large quantities.
▷Infants under 36 months old are not included in the number of people.
▷Exceeding the maximum number of people is not allowed to enter.
▷Pets are not allowed in all rooms.
▷Minors cannot use the facility without a guardian.
▷Cooking food that produces a lot of smoke is not allowed. (Sensitive to fire alarms)
▷If items provided in the room are damaged or lost, liability for compensation arises based on the purchase price.
▷There is an evacuation ladder at the bottom of the balcony. Never open it.
(If opened during a non-emergency situation, an emergency alarm will sound in all rooms of the residence and fire trucks and security guards will be dispatched)
▷Please keep it clean for smooth check-in for the next guest. In particular, please be careful not to get any contaminants on the sofa.
If the condition of the room after use is too serious, additional cleaning staff may need to be assigned to the assigned cleaning staff, or additional costs may be charged if maintenance of the room is determined to be impossible on the same day. Please understand in advance.

[Smoking cessation information]
All rooms are non-smoking. Violation will result in a compensation of 200,000 won and immediate eviction.
