Big house for big groups can accommodate up to 15 guests. 1 master bedroom with air conditioning and own CR, 3 guest rooms with fan. 2 full bathroom.Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, utensils and cookware, hot and cold water dispenser, dining and living room set,,cable TV.A balcony and front porch to hang out. A spacious driveway to park your car.House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Dapa. 5 min drive to Puregold grocery,2 min drive or 10-15 min walk to the port,banks and the market.
There are 4 rooms in this house. 1 small bedroom in the 1st floor and 3 medium size bedroom in the second floor. There is a huge space in the second floor where a floor mattress can be use to sleep for bigger groups.The 4 bedrooms can sleep a total of 8-10 persons. There are 2 full bathroom and a comfort room in the masters bedroom to use.There is a big gated parking space for your motorbike or car. There is an outdoor kitchen and laundry space to use in the back of the house.
My caretaker lives just behind the house and is available anytime for your assistance.She will be greeting you upon arrival and will tour you around the house. You can also ask her about the island and what it can offer for you to get the most of your trip.
The house is located in the quieter area of Dapa but still close to all the businesses and offices. Its is along the main road in a typical neighborhood with some Sari-Sari stores around. Experience a laid back life style while still have access to the internet at your convenience.

Siargao is famous for land and island tours. The best way to save money is to stay in Dapa where the rentals are a lot cheaper while you still have close access to the banks, stores,groceries etc. Rent a motorbike or a car and do your own tour for less. This house is located 5 min drive to Puregold,2 min drive to the port, 20 min drive to Gen. Luna, 30 min drive to Del Carmen for Sugba Lagoon tours
