This is located in the private residential gated community. The unit is a two storey in front of the vacant lot with plants and trees, this is the middle unit with both side units are unoccupied. It has a gate and car park or street parking is also available.. On the first floor is the living room, bath room and kitchen with dining area. On the second floor is 2 bedrooms, one is airconditioned with duvet and black out curtain and the other one is fan room, both with double size beds. We installed water tank in front of the house to cater in times of water interruption from Primewater.

What we offer is an experience in a hotel inspired master bedroom within your budget plus you can tag along family and friends for a lower room rate. A place for a get together for a few number of people since we have a space like living room and also kitchen where you can cook.
Guests can access the gated parking slot and also use the street parking. The guests can access the whole unit.

Northridge Grove is a private residential subdivision, located in Tungkong Mangga, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan about 2 hours from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and around 50 kilometers via Metro Manila Skyway.
there is a tricycle outside the gate area if you want to go to the mall and the market.

-first floor- living area, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Stove and refrigerator are available.
-second floor- 2 bedrooms, first room with ac and 2nd room with stand fan.
reminder:
When there is a water interruption due to ongoing renovations of leaks in Primewater during 11pm to 5am you can turn on the valve on the water tank for continous water supply in the unit.
House Rules:
1.Please avoid making loud noise as the neighborhood is a private residential area especially after 10pm
2. We don't allow smoking and vaping inside the house, please use the street for smoking. A fine of 2,000 pesos will be charged once cigarette butts will be found inside the house.
3. For the lost and damaged items, smoking inside the property, bad stains, lost remote control, lost keys we charge 2,000 pesos.
4. Make sure to turn off aircon and appliances, electronics when not in use, lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
5. The host is not liable for any loss/theft of personal and valuable belongings of guests as we throw trash after each guest has checked out.
6. No illegal substance allowed
7. Pet fee 1,000 pesos per pet in excess of one. Pet poop/pee shall be charged 1,000 pesos per night. Please clean up your pet poo.
8. Check out at 12 noon, late check out with fine of 400 per hour
