Unit Rules and Regulation below.
- Strickly 2 guests are allowed inside the unit
- 2pm CheckIn
- 11am Checkout
- Outside Foods are allowed
- Strictly light cooking only
- Condo 24 by 7 Security Assistance
- If there are damages incur during checkin Guests will have to shoulder damages. This includes to all internal stuffs inside the unit
- No last-minute cancelation
- Observed cleanliness on your stay
-On Check in 2k Security deposit is required however refundable upon check out provided no damages inside the unit including all internal stuffs.
- On checkout the condo unit should be return to the owner on the same state of condition before the start of staycation.
- Strickly no smoking inside the unit.

Note: Used of Washing machine is only allowed for guests that have book for a longer stay.
