All guests are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival. For Filipinos: SSS/GSIS or UMID, TIN card, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID. For foreigners: passport, ACR, AEP. IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable.
Guests are requested to email a soft colored copy of the ID/Passport at least 1 day before the arrival. Failure to do so may result in not being able to check in.
Guests checking in whose names do not match the name on the booking voucher must provided a signed authorization letter along with a copy of a valid ID from the original person who made the booking. Swimming pool is closed for maintenance every Monday. Any additional guest will be charged 300 PHP. Swimming pool is managed by the building administration independently of ZEN. ZEN cannot guarantee availability of the pool at all time.
