The grumpy lady is very strict with the house rules to maintain the cleanliness and the harmonious stay of her guests. Her cozy apartment is located in the heart of Ortigas business district just right across Tektite building (formerly Philippine Stock Exchange). A 3 minute walk and you'll reach nearest mall (Ayala mall the 30th). Convenience store, banks, coffee shop, tea house and public transport stop are just located at the ground floor of the building.
