• LIVING/DINNING SPACE:
The unit has a couch and a dinning area. It has two chairs and a table can be utilized for both work or dinning purposes.
Drinks are available in the refrigerator and will be subject for sale upon request.

• KITCHEN:
Furnished with induction stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven, cooking wares, cooking pan, plates, utensils and glasses.

• WI-FI/PHONE:
Guests can enjoy unlimited phone calls to landlines within Metro Manila (Free of Charge) Wifi is also available.

• Unit:
The unit has a comfortable single size bed (with pull out) . Fresh new linens are installed for every guest to ensure cleanliness, good hygiene and quality sleep. There's empty cabinets for your belongings and storage.

• BATHROOM:
Bathroom essentials are provided such as towels, shampoo, tooth paste, bath soap and toilet paper.

• SECURITY:
Security officers are on-duty 24/7 within the condominium property to ensure the safety of the guests.

• CHECK-IN:
Our ideal check in is from 2pm to 12am but it can be flexible depending on the availability of the unit.
Late check-in is also allowed.

• Guest access:
GYM and Pool Access are for free.

• Interaction with guests:
I will be supporting from 6pm to 8am, in between those hours, I will have my co-owner support for any inquiries.
