My place is the PART of Ortigas Center you want to be in, It's a relaxing, peaceful sanctuary right in the middle of the city. The condo only accepts VACCINATED guests.
It's in the high-end area of Ortigas Center, at 40sqm this luxurious and spacious 1 bedroom is ideal for one person, a couple, or a friend or two.
A separate bedroom provides privacy from the rest of the flat. The living room with the ultra comfy chaise lounge is perfect for lounging around, chatting, or getting some work done.
The whole place gets natural sunlight throughout the day and the cool breeze from the open space outside provides wonderful view of Pasig City, the valley and mountains of Marikina from both the living room and the bedroom. The whole apartment feels open and airy.
For a very affordable price you get to stay at a 5 star hotel suite style place with all the amenities and luxuries you deserve. It is ideal for two persons, I can provide a futon for an extra person.
The Bedroom has a queen size bed with 4 pillows, 32" LED TV with wardrobe mirror where you can find the extra towels, extra blanket, extra linen (i love extras) hair dryer, steam iron. I provide a universal adaptor extension cord for my overseas guests though it can’t accommodate Australian plugs.
Cadbury Laundry can pick-up and deliver your laundry daily from 2-3pm, if you won't be around at that time, you can leave your laundry at the lobby guard, just include your contact details. Rate is ₱55/kilo. They are closed on Sundays and holidays.
The whole place is sparkling clean, rest assured it is cleaned and disinfected after every guest. It is in a well maintained, ultra secure, posh condo building with a doorman and 24hr security. The unit including the verandah is strictly NO SMOKING.

If you stay more than 6 nights, a visit from my ever reliable housekeeper midway of your stay will make the place sparkling clean, change the sheets, towels, empty the trash. Extra cleaning is charged at $25 or Php1,000.00

Parking during the day is available at SM Megamall or at Pearl Drive (subject to availability)
4 minutes walk to SM Megamall and 5 minutes to Shangri-la Mall. Supermarket, Cinemas, restaurants and shopping available at both malls.
Public transport at Shangri-la station of MRT, jeepneys available at Shaw Blvd, about 10mins walk. Taxis and Grab easily available.
