PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:
The Condominium Administration requires a copy of all guests passport and Vax Card submitted for building security purposes . Local guests just need to provide a copy of a local ID, preferably issued by the government, and their Vax Card.
After booking, please provide us also your flight details if you are flying in on your check-in day so my co-hosts can monitor your flight and plan your check-in, in case there will be flight delays.
CHECK IN/OUT:
Standard check-in starts at 3PM and checkout at 11 AM. Guest accepts full responsibility otherwise.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Upon check-in, we would require our guest to pay ₱2,000 security deposit which is refundable upon check-out after the host/caretaker assess the property has no damages.
TOWELS/LINENS:
There is an additional PHP250 fee for every new set of bedding and PHP50/towel to be paid to the host.
USE OF POOL:
The Building Administration charges ₱200/per head fee for guests. Fees must be paid directly to the Admin Office. Availability of the pool for guests is on Monday-Wednesday only. Guests are required to be in proper swimming attire.
PARKING:
The Building Administration charges ₱100 for the first 2 hrs then ₱25/succeeding hrs. This will be paid to the parking attendant present in Basement 5.
